Cancellation and Returns Policy

1. No Refunds for Services Rendered

All fees paid for services rendered by Apps4UToday are non-refundable. Once services have been performed, delivered, or commenced, no refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances, except as may be required by applicable Ohio law.

2. Corrections, Edits, and Modifications

Apps4UToday will, at its sole discretion and within a reasonable time, correct, edit, change, or modify programming, pictures, content, or software programming related to services provided. Such corrections or modifications shall be limited to a maximum of three (3) instances within any calendar year and shall be provided without additional payment or charge, subject to the following:

• All requests must be submitted in writing to Apps4UToday;
• Changes remain at the sole discretion of Apps4UToday;
• Additional modifications beyond the three (3) allowed instances per calendar year may be subject to additional fees as determined by Apps4UToday.

3. Client Cancellation Requirements

Clients must cancel services by providing prior written notice to Apps4UToday as follows:

• A minimum of thirty (30) days’ prior written notice is required for cancellation of ongoing or recurring services;
• Early cancellation is also subject to the three (3) day cancellation policy set forth by the State of Ohio, where applicable.

Apps4UToday reserves the right to cancel services and/or collect any outstanding fees for services that were not properly canceled by the client in accordance with the notice requirements above.

4. No Guarantee of Sales or Outcomes

Apps4UToday does not guarantee any sales, revenue, leads, rankings, results, or other outcomes arising from the services provided. While Apps4UToday will make every reasonable effort to work with the customer to correct or modify certain services or features to accommodate client needs, all such efforts remain solely at the discretion of Apps4UToday.

5. Policy Modifications

This Policy is effective as of September 20, 2023. Apps4UToday reserves the right to modify, amend, or change this Policy at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. The version of the Policy in effect at the time of the client’s engagement or purchase shall govern the applicable transaction, unless otherwise required by law.

6. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Ohio.
